Policies

1. IMPORTANT ORDERING INFO:

Click the CHECKOUT button ONLY when you are sure of your order. You will not be able to modify/retrieve your original cart, if you cancel your order in PayPal or return after checkout. Your Cart items will EXPIRE after 60 minutes. If you have accidentally lost your items after checkout, please email SSJC for retrieval.
“Cookies” need to be enabled in your browser to pay at PayPal.

2. PAYMENT METHODS:

All Online Ordering goes through PayPal; a secure server for your safety.
New to PayPal? Customers are not required to create a PayPal account to complete a purchase, but you will be given the option after your purchase is final.
“Cookies” must be enabled in your browser to be able to pay through Paypal.
You will automatically be taken to PayPal after you fill your cart and hit your checkout button.

If you prefer to pay with a personal check or money order, email us through the CONTACT link on the side with this info:
1. HOW you would like to pay (check or money order)
2. The Item Numbers of what you would like to purchase.
3. Your name, current mailing address and CORRECT email address.
4. Include Discount Number. (if it applies to you- as a return customer)
If an order confirmation is returned via email, it will be considered void, and the item/s put back up for future sale.
You will be sent confirmation when the item/s are available and another for the date they are mailed. Items will be mailed as soon as payment has been received. If paying by check or e-check, your order will be shipped as soon as the check clears.

3. SHIPPING:

We do NOT ship outside the 48 continental United States or to Hawaii and Alaska. (With the exception of Canada & the UK) You will be notified by email of the expected day your item/items will ship.
Delivery time averages from 3 to 5 days, depending on the post office and time of year. Please allow for delays during the holidays and for bad weather. When this happens, it is totally out of our control.
All items are shipped first class USPS within 2 days of your order. Priority is shipped the next day, except on weekends. Sorry, we do not ship priority outside the US.

Same day or weekend multiple orders will be combined for shipping whenever possible.

If the shipping address is different than your payment address, please state the new shipping address inside PayPal. For instance, if you are purchasing an item for a friend, and would like it mailed to them directly. Packing slips will be not be included with shipment. Hold your email receipts, in case a refund or exchange is necessary.

Shipping Costs: There is a flat $7.00 shipping rate on all orders.
Priority: Add priority shipping for $2.00 more (in your cart).

We reserve the right to ship any order Priority, with out charge, if we deem prudent.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING – To expect your items to arrive before Christmas, please have your items ordered no later than December 16th.

POLICIES:

4. RETURNS:

If you are not satisfied with our products and wish to make a return, please contact us to reject your order within 7 days of the time received. You must email us PRIOR to returning any item (or items) for refund or exchange to obtain a Return Authorization Number that must be included in the address. Your payment will also be refunded to you as soon as our product(s) is returned.

*If large purchases are made, you may only return 1 or 2 items. Shipping charges may be taken off your total at our discretion. Please read our descriptions carefully, or email us with your questions before ordering.

*If you received a coupon discount, this will be taken off your refund, if it no longer applies to your order. No changes here will apply if you exchange for an item of the same cost.

*We reserve the right to change our policies at any time.

*All refunds will be minus a $2.00 handling fee per item plus our shipping charges.* (with the exception of defective merchandise)
Any unauthorized or improperly packaged jewelry return will not be excepted. Any returned items that show signs of wear/tear or have been resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.
IMPORTANT: We will contact you via email when refunds are given. If you have been issued a refund, for any reason, please be sure to “claim” it in Paypal as soon as possible. If left unclaimed, it will be returned to us, and will not be re-issued.

If you would like an “Exchange”, you have up to 7 days to contact us. There will be a small handling fee of $2.00 for this, plus new shipping charges. SSJC thinks this is fair given the length of time it takes to restock items and add them back to our database. All items must be returned in the same condition as you received them. (In effect, all exchanges must equal the price of your item to be exchanged minus a 2.00 handling fee, unless your new item is more and you wish to remit the difference.)
Please make sure you read our descriptions carefully. They are put there, so you can make a wise decision on your purchases. If you have further questions on an item, feel free to email us. You will receive a prompt reply.

5. INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS:
1. E-mail us for return instructions.
2. Place all the original packaging in the box.
3. You may ship your return with any carrier, however, we are not responsible for losses or damage of return shipments, so be sure to ship with a carrier that can insure the total value of your return. Request a Return Authorization Number to ensure your shipment can be tracked if necessary.

6. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
If, at any time you find your purchase items become defective, you may return your item for a full refund or an exchange, (without being charged a handling fee) as long as this is NOT due to mishandling or normal wear and tear. You MUST have your PayPal purchase order or the receipt from us, which was sent with your original order.
Please contact us with a complete explanation of the defected merchandise and to get confirmation, before sending any returns.

NOTE: All of our items are BRAND NEW from either our wholesalers or straight from the manufacturer.

7. SALE MERCHANDISE:
All sales are final on Sale Items. If you have any questions about any of our merchandise, contact us BEFORE your purchase. We will be happy to promptly answer any questions you may have about our jewelry.

8. GIFT WRAPPING:
We will wrap silver and gold jewelry only free of charge. Items that state they come in a “gift box” will not be wrapped. Just check the Gift Wrap Box in your cart. When more than one item is to be wrapped, please be specific in PalPal comments – if items go to different people. This is important. You don’t want to give the wrong item to the wrong person.

9. PRIVACY POLICY:
We highly respect your privacy. We only use your personal information for the purpose of record keeping and shipping your order. Your payment information will only be used by our preferred third party financial service provider, (PayPal). No one-including us-will have an access of your financial information.
